All items listed on this site are 100% handmade.  Some items will have visible "work" marks and may vary slightly from the product photo. By making a purchase, you agree to this statement and all policies mentioned.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

Sincerely, Antoinette offers a 7-day return/exchange on all items, EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS.

We do not offer refunds. Store Credit ONLY

RETURN PROCESS 

  • notify us by email at adorn@sincerelyantoinette.com immediately. Provide your name, 4 digit order number, a photo of the piece you will be returning and the reason for the return. If EXCHANGING, customer may also include name of the piece they want to exchange for. 
  • item(s) must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. Any return requests made after this time will be denied.

Any discounts that were applied to your returned order, will be returned to the store.

Customer will be sent a return label and must have this scanned in the USPS carrier tracking system within the 7 day window.  

  • item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. 
  • Once item is received and inspected, the selected exchange will be shipped out. If no exchange is listed, a store credit will be added to the customer's profile. 

 

RETURNED PARCEL due to:

1) Incorrect or Insufficient Address

2) Failure to receive and/or pick up from your local post office within the stipulated time frame

You will be contacted to organize re-delivery.  Additional shipping costs will apply and must be paid prior to reshipping. 

Custom adornments are NOT eligible for refund or return. Once production has begun, no changes can be made. 

In the event that customer receives a damaged custom order, please email photos to adorn@sincerelyantoinette.com within 48 hours of delivery date.
