We DO NOT ship to Europe at this time.
All US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (tracking number included)
International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
- Production Time: 3-5 business days for non-custom pieces (this does not include shipping time)
- Shipping time ranges 3-5 days for domestic orders.
This time may vary depending on order volume, holidays and inclement weather.

CUSTOM ORDERS are made in the order in which they are received. Please allow 3-5 weeks of production + 1-3 day shipping time.
We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTY fees
International customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties and import fees that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. By purchasing from Sincerely Antoinette, you agree to this policy.
Refusal to cover the custom/ duties for international packages are at risk of being abandoned. Once an order is irretrievable, we are no longer held responsible. This means, customer will not receive a refund for items purchased.
When International packages are returned back to us due to refusal, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from customer's refund. Shipping is nonrefundable.
CUSTOMS DELAYS
International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
